Datuk Ng Seing Liong was conferred the title of Panglima Jasa Negara (P.J.N.) by the thirteenth Seri Paduka Baginda Yang di-Pertuan Agong on 7 June 2008 which carries the title of ‘Datuk’. Prior to this, he was appointed Jaksa Pendamai (J.P.) of Selangor by DYMM Sultan Selangor in 1999 for his vast contribution to schools and society.

As the Senior Partner of S.L. Ng & Associates, Datuk Ng has over 40 years’ experience in professional audit, tax, business advisory, receivership and liquidation. He is an approved company auditor, liquidator, cooperative auditor and approved tax agent.

He earned his Diploma in Commerce from Tunku Abdul Rahman College, Kuala Lumpur and holds membership in various professional bodies, namely the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA, United Kingdom), Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators (ICSA, United Kingdom), Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA), Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (CTIM) and the Institute of Cooperative & Management Auditors.

He enjoys playing golf, walking and swimming in his free time.
