Peggy Liew has been in Human Capital operations, consulting and development for 25 years. She specialises in organisational design, total reward & performance management strategy, resource optimisation, human capital analytics, competency development as well as leadership development, coaching, motivational and wellness training.

Prior to this, Peggy worked as a Managing Consultant with Hay Group Malaysia, a leading US global Human Resources Consulting firm. She was with Tower Watson as well as Accenture for a couple of years, helping clients implement reward strategies and performance management systems. 

Peggy has been designing and conducting leadership, managerial, motivational and coaching programs for the last 15 years. Peggy has trained clients locally and regionally (Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Cambodia, Thailand, Philippines, Singapore, Indonesia, Hong Kong, China, Australia & Cuba). She conducts HR-related workshops, Critical Conversation & Conflict Management, Inspiring Women Leaders, Leadership Effectiveness, Coaching, Motivation and Wellness programs. Her customised programs on team building, first-line managers, managing performance, coaching and wellness have had a great impact on the participants as well as overall organisation performance. She is a Certified Associate Coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF), Certified Health & Wellness Coach (The Coach Partnership, Singapore), Certified KPI Professional with KPI Institute, Australia, Accredited Expert Coder for Behavioural Competency (Korn Ferry Hay) and Certified Train the Trainers (HRDF).

She holds a Bachelor Degree in Resource Economics from University Putra Malaysia.
