He earned his Diploma in Commerce from Tunku Abdul Rahman College, Kuala Lumpur and holds membership in various professional bodies, namely the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA, United Kingdom), Institute of Chartered Secretaries &amp; Administrators (ICSA, United Kingdom), Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA), Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (CTIM) and the Institute of Cooperative &amp; Management Auditors.
