He successfully implemented various innovative marketing programmes which were highly successful with at least 90% sales take up rate. He was later promoted to the position of Chief Executive Officer in 2000.<\/p><p>He left the Penang based property developer in 2001 to pursue his own property consultancy business under Ideal Concept Intelligence Sdn Bhd.
