Leading People and Team in the world of sustainability

This course is designed to equip participants with the knowledge, skills, and leadership capabilities necessary to navigate and lead in the dynamic world of sustainability. 

Sustainability leadership goes beyond traditional leadership principles, focusing on environmental, social, and economic responsibility. Through this course, participants will explore the intersection of leadership and sustainability and learn how to drive change, foster innovation, and build high-performing teams in the context of sustainability. The course covers key concepts, strategies, and best practices in sustainability leadership, helping participants become effective leaders in organizations committed to a sustainable future.

  • Explore strategies for fostering sustainability-driven innovation within teams and organizations, promoting creative solutions to sustainability challenges.
  • Learn how to lead organizational change processes aimed at embedding sustainability into the core values and practices of an organization.
  • Understand the importance of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and how to integrate CSR principles into leadership practices.
  • Discover how to build and lead high-performing teams that are aligned with sustainability goals and values.
  • Develop effective communication skills to articulate the importance of sustainability both within and outside the organisation, advocating for sustainable practices.

Upon successful completion of this course, participants should be able to:
